To be used no more than once or twice a week.

Add the appropriate amount of product into a bowl. Add enough hot but not boiling water to activate teas while mixing to achieve a creamy consistency. Continue mixing until mask becomes warm to the touch, before applying it to face.

With a brush, apply mask over clean face and neck, avoiding mouth and eyes.

Gently and in circular motion massage mask for 1-2 minutes to initiate exfoliation.

Leave mask on for 5-10 minutes if your skin is sensitive, or 15-20 minutes or until fully dry if you have more tolerant skin.

Rinse mask off with lukewarm water while gently massaging with fingertips. It helps to use a wet facial towel or pop in the shower to completely remove it.

Follow with a good toner or aqueous serum, and your moisturizer of choice.
